Planetary Ball Mill

Vertical planetary ball mill is a necessary device of high-tech materials mixing, fine grinding, sample making, new product development and small batch production. Planetary ball mill owns small volume, high efficiency, low noise and functional features which is a ideal equipment for R&D institution, university, enterprises laboratory to get samples (each experiment can get four samples at the same time). It gets powder samples under the vacuum state when equipped with vacuum ball mill tank.

0.4L planetary ball milling machine has four ball grinding tanks installed on one turnplate. When the turnplate rotates, the tank axis makes planetary movements and the balls in the tanks grinds and mixes samples in high speed movement. The product can smash and blend various products of different materials and granularity with dry or wet methods. Minimum granularity of grinded products can be as small as 0.1 micron (i.e.) 1.0×10-4mm)

It is widely used in the fields of Geology, Mining, Metallurgy, Electronics, Construction Material, Ceramics, Chemical Engineering, Light Industry Medicine, Environmental Protection etc.

Features
  • Stable revolving speed of the gear transmission ensures the consistency and repeatability of the experiment.
  • Planetary movement principle is adopted in the machine, which has high speed, large energy, high efficiency, small Granularity.
  • Four powder samples from different sizes and different materials can be produced at one time.
  • The machine is controlled by frequency converter, you may choose ideal rotating speed according to expected experimental result. The converter is equipped with device of under voltage and over-current to protect the motor.
  • The planetary ball mill has functions of timing power off, self-timing forward and reversal rotating. You may choose freely any operation modes of one-way direction, alternation, succession, time setting according to experimental needs, so as to improve efficiency of grinding.
  • Technical features of Tencan Ball Mill: Low center of gravity, stable performance, compact structure, easy operation, reliable safety, lower noise, small loss.
  • Safety switch is installed on the machine to prevent safety accident if the safety cover is opened while machine is running.

A: FOB, CFR, CIF.

3.Q: Can you accept small quantity sample order before production?
A: Yes, we can offer sample for your testing first before production, but the customers have to pay the courier cost.

4.Q: What is your production time?
A: Generally, it will take 5 to 30 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.

5.Q: What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 30% as deposit,  70% balance against the copy of original B/L. Or 100% L/C at sight. We'll show you the photos of the products and the copy of original B/L before you pay the balance.
